Standard Air Handling Unit

(1) RZA ceiling air handling unit; RZB series are horizontal and vertical air handling unit
(2) RZA ceiling AHU can be selected with spherical jet air oulet to be jet flow air handling unit
(3) *5mm, *0mm, *0mm thick panel are for option
(5) The fan motor can be direct-driven type or belt-driven type

Features

◆ The casing is made of integral foaming panels surrounded by aluminum alloy profile frame with concave-convex grooves. The mechanical strength of the casing can reach the AHRI***0 CD4 level, and the air leakage rate can reach the AHRI***0 CL1 level.

◆ The inside of the casing is isolated from the outside by high-pressure polyurethane foaming and specially designed rubber sealing strips to prevent cold bridges.The cold bridge factor can reach AHRI***0 CB2 level. The outer metal sheet is wrapped in the aluminum profile frame, and the corners of the sheet metal are isolated from the moist air to avoid rust.

◆ The panel is made of polyurethane forming, the foaming density is ≥*0kg/m3. It has good thermal insulation, shock absorption and noise reduction performance. The thermal insulation performance can reach AHRI1 **0 CT2 level.

◆ A variety of Purification Solutions Are For Option: RZB series can be selected with plate filters and bag filters to meet the needs of different applications. Standard horizontal AHU W3 and W5 can be equipped with high-medium efficiency bag filters with antibacterial function. Standard horizontal AHU W6 adopts advanced electrostatic haze removal and sterilization technology

(4) The coil can be selected with chilled water or DX system, to work with chiller, outdoor condensing unit or VRF unit
