Description of flame retardant extruder

Screw

1) Screw diameter *2.4mm

 shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large bearing load, and easy to disassembly and assembly. 

5) The screw components are made of high quality high-speed tool steelW6Mo5Cr4V2 that receives heat 

 treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.

Charging Barrel

 1) Barrel length L =**0mm/section, total *0 sections. The barrel body is made of #*5 steel set alloy 

  (α**1), barrel use water cooling.

 2) The first cylinder is used for feeding materials, the 5th is for venting barrel, the 9th cylinder for vacuum and the
