The forming fabric is used on paper machine forming section.The forming fabric acts as a conveyor and a dewatering device. As the fabric moves, water drains through it while the fibers and fillers that form the paper structure form on the top of the fabric as the paper sheet is created. lt is critical that the fabric provides a stable, durable environment to aid this process.
Sun Hong Forming Fabric OP has excellent dewatering and profile characteristics. Specially optimized for liner and fluting machines, this high-performance fabric improves machine efficiency and paper quality as well as provides major cost savings. The structure combines a fine paper side and a wear resistant bottom side.
