Paprika oleoresin is a deep red sticky liquid, hardly solutable to
water, but can be dessolved in vegetable oil, ethyl acetate,high
concentration of ethanol and varios kinds of solvents. As being
placed by avoiding light and oxgen under room temperature within *5
months , the chroma will be little affected and the PH value of the
product would remain unchanged.
it is used normally to make edible natural red pigment in canned
food,pickles,sauce for hot spot. frozen stucker, ice cream, biscut,
candy, cooked meat, artificial crab meat,sauce, ornaments of cake,
fodder and aquatic food and cosmetics and pharmacy industries.
