PAVITAIS PI consists of a two component epoxy product to be mixed
at the moment to be used. It forms a self-levelling pavement with
up to 0.3 mm thickness that has great resistance to traffic and
attrition. It ensures the formation of epoxy mortars using ARCUAIS
quartz aggregates.
It is used for continuous pavement in the food industry in
general(refrigerators, fish markets, bakeries, warehouses,
slaughterhouses, canned food Industry, milk industry, etc). Also
used in laboratories, chemical plants, supermarkets, warehouses,
etc.
- Apply using a rubber spatula o spatula in longitudinal
bands.
- Mix in a small quantity(5 Kg) taking into account that the open
time of the mix must not be within *0 to *0 minutes.
- If a second coating is required, it is previously necessary to
sand the support so as to ensure good bonding(only possible after
reticulation).
- IMPRIDUR primer is used for being TEAIS compatible
product.
- Request Technical Department guidance on chemical product
spillage.
