Bioaim® F****2 (PBAT/PLA Blend for Bags)

3.       Characteristics

White pellets, nontoxic and odorless.

Density: 1.*6 g/cm3 , MFR: ≤*0.0 (**0ºC,2.*6kg).

**0% biodegradable & compostable according to ASTM D***0 and EN ****2.

E****3 for bend straw, and E****2 for straight straw.

F****2 could be formed by normal PP straw extruding machine.

4.       Instructions

Using PP straw extruding machine. Single-screw extruder, L/D≥*0.

Add some F****2 pellets to clean the machine at the former tem. (******0 oC). Then turn down the cylinder's temperature to ******0 oC. Caution: After cleaning with F****2, turn down the temperature of the cylinder. If turn down the temperature at first, the die head may be blocked.

Processing Temperature(Adjust the temperature according to different machine):

Zone 1     Zone 2    Zone 3    Neck       Die

**0 oC     **0 oC    **0 oC    **0 oC    **5 oC

Water Bath Cooling temperature: ≤*0 oC.

Longer holdup of material in the extruder, worse of its quality. If the extruded material changed to be very brittle, deep color or with very low viscosity, the material should be dropped.

Increasing the cylinder's temperature to ******0 oC. Extruding some PP to clean the machine.

Caution: After straight straw produced, bend the straight straw at *4h later.

5.       Packaging

*5kg/bag or customizing bag, inside: PP/Al bag, outside: PP/Paper bag.

Storage:Please seal and put at a cool, ventilated place.
