PET Bottle Recycling System

PET bottle recycling system is specialized in recycling PET bottle, starts from sending 1m³​ PET bottle brick to the bale machine, then the second conveyor will send the bottles to tunnel type metal detector. After detecting stage, bottles go into the wet type crusher to proceed granulating and water cleaning at the same time. The PET flakes will then be delivered to , after twisted washing, material goes into to make PET sinking down to the bottom of , PET flake will then be delivered to spin dryer for drying, finally, the PET flakes are stored in the jumbo bag of storage tank. The complete recycling line is short and clean.
