Variable Pump Injection Molding Machine

One series of UGO standard plastic injection molding machines, which adopt Yuken proportional variable displ-acement pump from Japan and Techmation computer with colored screen from Taiwan. This series owns bigger internal space between tie bars and mold opening stroke after com-puter optimized designing. With higher speed and stability, UGO series are suitable to make products need high precision and better surface. OPERATING PRINCIPLE BETWEEN VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PUMP SYSTEM MACHINE AND FIXED PUMP SYSTEM MACHINE   In the operating period of injection molding machine, the speed of motion in each section is different, but the output of pump in traditional fixed pump system machine is fixed, according to the formula: p=p × q (p: power, p: pressure, q: rate of flow). Regardless of motion speed, the output of pump is fixed under the same pressure, then superfluous output volume wi l l return to oi l tank through rel ief valve, so plenty of energy is wasted. These the pump output of variable displacement pump can vary according to the instructions of control ler, so there is no extra energy lost via the rel ief valve. Compared to the fixed pump system machine, the variable displacement pump can save energy by 30%-kinds of machines can not save energy.60% (differs according to working conditions).   THE TECHNICAL ADVANTAGES OF THEVARIABLE DISPLACEMENT PUMP MACHINE. Water Saving:No overflowing heating, low oil temperature saves cooling water, and increases life of sealing elements.
