power looms .In ***1 a heap of Auto looms was included in it .It
grew rapidly and in the year ***4. Shuttle
less looms were also added in its squad and it started enhancing
its growth gradually with the passage of time with an immense
export to all parts of the world.

PROCESSING FACILITIES:-
DYING:
To complete the Quality requirements of our Customers SKY
INDUSTRIES has hired the facility of continuous padding dyeing
machines as well as big atmospheric jiggers, made by
FORMER NORTON for reactive and pigment dyeing. These
machines together with our careful selection of the most suitable
dyestuffs, continuous automatic monitoring of all process
parameters and regular instrumental color measurement guarantee
that our products achieve the highest possible color
fastness.
BLEACHING:
SKY INDUSTRIES has hired facility of the singeing machine
is made by PAREX MATHER, that singed **0,**0 meters of
fabric in a day and Continuous bleaching plant, made by FORMER
NORTON, is open width plant that can bleach **5,**0 meters of
fabric in *4 hours.
PRINTING:
SKY INDUSTRIES has permanent contract with Printing Units who are
equiped with latest RIGIANI ITALY printing machine. A single
step exposing machine is also working to prevents the
designs from jointing marks and from miss-placement of designs.
Two best rotaries are in working, which can print up till
*5colors having capacity to print the fabric of **0cm width.
Apart from the normal repeat size, this printing unit can print
the designs up till repeat size of ***8mm. A striking off machine
is also available to prepare the strike offs up till *8
meters, made by
ZIMMER.
STITCHING:
The stitching Department is equipped with modern machines to full
fill the ever- changing requirements of different markets and
clients . We have *7 JUKI-Japan made and *8 Safety machine
machines are working to made the made ups according the clients'
desires and styles of their profile brands. After croppin and
final inspection of every single piece the goods are packed and
ready to be exported.
We are also continually learning new and novel packing techniques
to meet world class quality standards.
QUALITY CONTROL:-
The Quality control Department play an important role in
overall production. Without quality control, no single meter is
produced until the required results are obtained in the
laboratory. We Print , Dye , Bleach all the fabrics on latest
machines who has capability to give us our required Quality
finishing results according to our client's desire . We process
all the fabrics under the observation of our Quality control
staff.
