REGULATIONS

The plaster E**0 is a conglomerate of gypsum for construction use “Plaster La Maruxiña”, classified as E**0 and European A title. Complies with the standard UNE-EN *3.****1 : ***6 and RD ***0/***9 (CE marking).

This product has been awarded the AENOR brand, as set forth in regulation Particular RP *5.*1.

DESCRIPTION

It is employed for the elaboration of all kind of products prefabricated and “trabajos de puesta en obra”. As well it can be used to produce of roof panels and partition wall, also as a base to elaborate adhesive, glazier´s putty, lightweight etc. 

TECHCNICAL CHARACTERISTIQUES

1.- Classified to reaction fire: A1

2.- Purity index: ≥*0%

3.- Fineness of Grind: ≤ *0% retained on sieve of **0 microns.

4.- Fineness of grind: ≤ *5% retained on **0 micron sieve

5.- Resistance to flexo-traction: ≥ 3 N/mm2.

6.- Whiteness Index: *0%

** Note: Times to use it could have variations depending of reaction to the water/gypsum, temperature, water ph, kind of bracket, time and smoothie speed.

RECOMENDATIOS ( TIME TO WORK WITH THE PRODUCT)

EMPLOYMENT MODE RECOMMENDED

1.- Blend manually the powder with water or with the help of mechanical beater until obtain of uniform paste without lumps. Start the consumption according the desired application.

2.- Do not add additives due it could produce an alteration in the process of setting and also in final resistance of product.

3.-  Must be cleaned works tools before each blend.

4.- Must use clean water with a temperature between 5º and *0º.

5.- Recommended temperature application between 5º and *0º.

6.- Be maintained optimal conditions of ventilation for the correct dry process.

PRESENTATION AND STORAGE

 The product is sold in bags of brown paper double-bladed, blue label, with contain per each*8 kg. (±5%).

The storage of this product should be in dry places and with a temperature superior of *0ºC to preserve its properties.
