Consisting of a stable base frame from steel form tubes. The cutting unit is effected from the bottom up and is moving according to three-dimensional movement to ensure the cutting of profile without deformation. Heating method of knife is conduction heating, to ensure precise temperature. Fastening of knife is with four points location, pneumatic uniformity and automatic tensioning to extend the life time of knife. Stable guides on the side are adjustable to the profile width and pneumatic profile clamps. The cutting impulse from the cutting program. The cutting length can be measured through encoder impulse. The cutting in-feed is synchronous to the haul off speed via pneumatic cylinder or optionally by servo drive. Closed covering of the base frame for sound absorption.
