Plates cementing production line is a compound automatic production line specially used for plates cementing (spraying), which is autonomously researched and developed by Dalian Huagong Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. It has proprietary intellectual property rights, mainly used for adhesive bonding of various plates, such as building energy conservation panel, aluminum cellular board, paper cellular board, fire door, anti-theft door and plastic panel etc. It can realize all working procedures to automate, such as achievement of loading materials, delivery, cementing, adhesive bonding, compound and unloading etc. The products from this production line are mainly sold to Central America, North America and other countries and regions.     
 
1.Can automatically cement, adhesive bond and compound two-layer, three-layer or multilayer plates, with high degree of automation and high production efficiency;

3.Can adjust the coating volume and speed according to plate specifications, material quality and other technological requirements;
