put on the head. Head
entirely produced from ***0 grade steel material and will be
subjected to heat treatment.
BRONZE CALIBRATION SLEEVES
· Calibration
sleeves will be manufactured with special bronze to prevent
friction.
For *****0 mm diameters, a set of calibration
sleeve will be given, for required pipe thickness.
Calibration sleeves are designed to begin
precooling of plastic pipe.
VACUUM TANK · Tanks
will be manufactured entirely from stainless
steel.

2 PALLETS HAUL OFF

· Diameter adjustment mechanism is made with geared

CUTTING UNIT

cutting length can be entered in the operator
panel. · Cutting
unit provides a smooth cutting by moving sync with
line. · Rotary
knife cutting system is used. · Plastic
pipe is in contact parts are made of
stainless steel.

system allowing control via the extruder is

TILTING TABLE
· Tilting
table lenght is 6 meters. · Cutted
pipe will be stacked in the desired quantity on tilting
table. · With
pneumatic piston pipes will be transmitted to the
stacker.
