Ring making machine is suitable for forming steel wire, iron wire, stainless steel wire and other nonfeffous metal wires (round, square or flat) into circle ring, half circle ring or any arcs.

Main features for ring making machine: 

1) Full hydraulic drive, stepless speed changing

2) Numerical display plus encoder for setting length and cutting automatically

3) Quantity can be pre-set and stop automatically when accomplish the quantity, counter imported from Korea

 4) One small hydraulic motor for all driving & cutting, saving electric consumption.

5) Gears are made by *0Cr, adjusted and quenched, HRC ****5, shafts are made by *5# steel, adjusted

 

6) Feeding & straightening and forming rollers are made by good steel alloy, heat treated HRC ****2
