The equipment, equipped with servo motor system and PLC + touch
panel, is used for paper folding in filtration industry, suitable
for folding one to five layers of filter papers, non-woven fabric
and other filter materials. It is characterized by high precision,
rapid start-up, high operational reliability, and easy operation.
The folding height can be automatically adjusted and the speed of
second folding capacity can reach **0 folders/min (determined by
the folding height). The folding process includes cutting of filter
materials, creasing, counting, folding, heating and typing, dynamic
setting of folding style of M type, or W type. The end covers and
creased surface of products are smooth and of high accuracy. A
large variety of the equipment may be tailored to meet customers'
requirements.
The equipment has a ready market in Japan, Europe, America,
Thailand and other areas all over the world.
