1) Easy to use



2) Remove from outer package, then, knead and shake gently several times to activate.



3) Shake contents in open air. Heat will begin to be generated in 4 to 5 minutes.



4) Place the part of body you wish to warm or in pocket or glove.



5) Squeezing the hot pad occasionally will ensure maximum heat output.



6) Store sealed outer pack in a cool, dry place.



7) Remember the environment.



 After use, dispose of the outer package and warmer properly.
