Our company is supplying two kinds of polyamide materials TYPE B and TYPE BD2.

 

TYPE B is the basic type of PA*6 material, regranulated from textile waste. It may be impure, containing PP fibers in range from **5%. The material contains 1% of compatibiliser SEBS-g-MAH and **0 PPM of antioxidant, similar to PPQ.

 

The material is suitable for compounding. The presence of compatibiliser increases the material`s impact strength and dimension stability. At the same time it reduces the material`s hygroscopic characteristics and there is increased adhesion of glass fiber or mineral fillings to the material.


Quantity: by preliminary agreement (in stock)

TYPE BD2* is chemically and structurally the same as the B TYPE but it has been regranulated with a dublescrew extruder and the system of double de-gassing The granules are in the shape of a cylinder as is standard granulation for technical materials. The material is highly vented and suitable for injection molding as well as compounding.

Quantitiy: up to *0 metric tons per month (no stock - order by preliminary agreement)


We also offer recycled PC/ABS blend and recycled PC/PET blend.
