Product Introduction:

FX*1 high performance water reducer is the latest research achievement of Fangxing Construction Materials Co., Ltd., as the internationally fashionable polycarboxylic acid high performance water reducer. Efficient even at a low mixing amount, highly performing in water reduction, chlorine-free, low alkali, green, environmentally friendly, and able to reduce c/w ratio by a large margin and increase both early-age and long-term strengths. Ideal for producing high quality concretes with different performance requirements such as self-compaction, high strength, mass concreting, dual admixtures, and high impermeability.

This product works with different types of concrete used in hi-speed railway, dedicated passenger railway, metro, civil & industrial building, highway, bridge, harbor & port, airport, and hydraulic works, etc.

Major Technology Indexes:

1. Low mixing amount, with optimum mixing amount as 1.0% and water reduction rate as ****5%.  

2. High water reduction rate, able to enhance concrete early-age and long-term strengths significantly, the compressive strength ratio being ≥**0% relative to 7d strength and ≥**0% relative to *8d strength.

3. Low loss of slump constant, with no loss within 1 hour, suitable for use in concrete works and various pump concrete works involving a long transport or pouring time.

4. It can dramatically improve the peaceability of concrete and fluidity with no bleeding or segregation phenomenon; Able to enhance concrete pumpability.

 

5. This product belongs to chloride-free low-alkaline high quality water reduction, with good adaptation to all of cements，good for enhancing concrete durability, suitable for various reinforced concrete works.

6. The production process of this product is free of pollution and no formaldehyde, as the green and environmental-protection product.

Application Technology:

1. This product cannot be used with naphthalene-series water reducers and a trial mix must be made before being used with any other admixture.

2. Please confirm the optimum mixing amount via tests within the recommended mixing amount range according to the strength grade of concrete and cement brands.

3. Please make the trial mixing experiment prior to changing the varieties of cement, to confirm cement adaptation.
