Polycarboxylate superplaticizer ether powder as additve to mortars

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer powder is a kind of freeflowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders. 
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water. 
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect imparts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

Key Properties

As a universal and economical product, PCE**0 is recommended for production of flowing mortars with normal and special cementitious binder system due to the following characteristics, 
-Super water reducing effect for cement based material applications 
-Low dosage compared to traditional water reducing agent 
-High dispersion, fluidity and workability. 
-improvement of early and final strength of cement based system 
 

Packaging and Storage                                                              
 
A. Standard Packing:In *5kg bags out HDPE bags inner with LDPE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
 
Store it in a cool, dry place below *0°C and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
