Propower’s MSOG
routine starts from MG silicon, utilizes various metallurgical
processes to remove impurities and finally refines the silicon
material to 6N ~ 7N solar grade polysilicon, and casting to
multi-silicon ingot. The process involves in the technology of
submerged arc furnace smelting and refining, powder and
hydro–metallurgy, vacuum refinery, solid impurity absorbing
technology, directional solidification technologies, etc., in
which dozens of inventions and patents are applied.
MP routine is a solar grade
silicon manufacturing technology with no emission and low energy
consumption. The power consumption is only1/5 of
the conventional
Siemens process. And it is the most clean solar grade silicon
manufacturing routine in the world.
