material to 6N ~ 7N solar grade polysilicon, and casting to
multi-silicon ingot. The process involves in the technology of
submerged arc furnace smelting and refining, powder and
hydro–metallurgy, vacuum refinery, solid impurity absorbing
technology, directional solidification technologies, etc., in
