This kind of thread are produced from high tenacity low shrinkage low elongation continuous polyester multifilament yarn twisted in modern equipments.
We always use super high tenacity and low shrinkage filament Yarn for production process, we can twist any count, plies and TPM as per the clients needs. Both middle tenacity (7.0g/d) and high tenacity(8.0g/d) is available. We can deliver heat-setted yarn(thread) in dye tubes ready for dyeing or in paper tubes. Make up 1.0kg, 1.5kg, 2.0kg, 3.0kg with knotless. Also,we can make up any meters (or weight) with king-spool for dyed finished thread as customers requested .We usually produce from Dtex*5/2, *5/3, Dtex*4/2,3 ,**0/2,3 to dtex ***0/2,3,6,9,*6
