The TP Serie is a portable in line boring,
overlay welding and facing machine tool. TrePower portable machine
tools have different advantages compared to the traditional
portable machine tools currently manufactured:
- use of brushless motors with integrated
electronics, with consequent reduction of the maintenance
operations on the motors. Motors and electronics components are sealed
inside the machine and not in the control panel. This reduces the
possibility that external agents (for example metals left from
machining) could damage the electronic components. The motors used
in the TrePower portable machine tools mantain their torques (NM)
also at high rotation speed. Traditional motors usually have a
proportional loss of torque when the rotation speed increases. This
causes loss of performances in the traditional motors at high
rotation speed. Unlimited feeding system through steps of
**0 mm without external moving parts. This new internal feeding
system allows an unlimited stroke, limited in theory only by the
length of the connectable boring bars. The fact that the machine
doesnt require additional space while feeding reduces to the
minimum the necessary working space - Easy of use. The TP serie has been
created with an attention to a user-friendly interface. Both in
line boring and overlay welding have a manual mode and an automatic
mode which calculate the optimal speeds of both motors basing on
the working and machining parameters. All the operations are
easily controllable through a light and easy to use 5 inches touch
screen display. During overlay welding the 2 motors (rotation
and feed) can be automatically syncronized by the machine or the
operator can manually set 2 independent speeds for the 2
motors. - Possibility to use the machine at **0 volts
or **0 volts (three phase). The TP serie in fact has an electronic
circuit which can power the machine with mono phase or three phase
systems at *0Hz and *0Hz without the needings from the operator to
change any settings of the machine avoiding mistakes caused by the
operator on setting the right power system. - Electronic positioning display. The TP
serie has an eletronic positioning system already in its standard
configuration
