PPR Pipe Production Line & equipment

Single-screw extruder: special dual-stage screw design and intensify plasticization design guarantees high quality PP-R high-speed extrusion, high shear and low temperature to ensure that the raw material of high performance plastics extrusion, and the metering feeder drying system ensures uniform extruded PP-R, a special melt filtering device is designed for PP-R pipe extrusion .Split spiral extrusion die is designed for PP-R pipe extrusion , which ensures stable extrusion equipment at optimum melting temperature. It's easy to adjust,uniform extrusion can ensure melt pressure and flow is uniform, the pipe surface is smooth and beautiful.
Logo Line: Pipe marking line is composed of a small single-screw extruder through the composite extrusion die.
Acuum sizing tank: equipped with two vacuum system (for large diameter) advanced water circulation, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum degree adjustment device and accurate water temperature automatic control system. Accurate sizing sleeve with a bronze pipe cooling speed, fast setting characteristics. The material of tank is stainless steel .
Spray cooling water tank: Long cooling system ensures efficient cooling pipes, unique cooling piping system shortens cooling length. Accurate temperature and water level automatic control system to achieve precise control of temperature, the material of upper part of the tank is stainless steel.
Tractor: Special integral transmission unit avoids an independent non-synchronous transmission, different control methods to ensure the flexible and accurate orientation, Accurate pressure regulating system can adjust traction. The device has a unique structure and flexible operation, the inverter can adjust the traction motor speed of the device.
Cutter:cutting machine hydraulic design ensures flexible pressure when cutting, the blade position and the flexible adjustment of the cutting depth. Unique power system ensures high reliability of planetary. Low noise crumbs powerful suction system and a unique chipless cutting device to ensure that no debris cut *6mm***5mm pipe.
