Concrete Electric Spun pole is generally used in high-voltage or special high-voltage power transmission lines and a kind of circular thin-walled concrete pole produced by centrifugal spinning molding process with mainly concrete electric pole mold and centrifugal spinning machine. The common models of concrete electric poles are  Φ*****0m,Φ*****2m, Φ*****4m,Φ*****1m, Φ*****2m and Φ***- *5m and so on. Based on years of experience in the production of high-voltage concrete electric spun pole, summed up the impact of high-voltage pole quality factors are divided into two points: First, the location of the threading pipe deviation; Second, the buried section with freeze-thaw damage factors.



Concrete spun pole mold and centrifgual spinning machine are most important forming equipment in prestressed and reinforced precast spc concrete electric pole factory production. Besides, concrete mixing machine are used to provide high quality concrete with C*0; steel wire cage machine are composed of hydraulic HT wire straightenning and cutting machine, heading machine, and cage supporting and forming machine, prestressing tensioning machine will be obviously important technology process for prestressed concrete electric pole production process . light diesel steam boiler will supply high temperature water steam for concrete pole steam curing process to make the concrete dry fast. Generally, it will take four hours for concrete pole steam curing. After concrete pole is transported from workshop, the concrete pole need breaking load and cracking load testing which will require special testing equipment.  Overhead cranes and gantry cranes are used for concrete pole mold and finished concrete pole hoisting and transportation which are also necessary equipment .

According to requirements from customers , we will design the whole plant and concrete pole machines model and quantities .Generally ,there are below questions required confirmed before erection one complete concrete pole plant: 1. concrete pole specifications like length, top diameter and bottom diameter;2. concrete electric pole plant productivity 3. what is the diamter of HT wire 4. what is the land area and land drawing .
