Programmable keys

Up to 7 programmable keys are available for most functions on the PT****0, permitting a customized fit for specific users.

Tough and rain resistant

Built tough to take rough treatment, the PT****0 has passed the IP*4 rain resistance tests. It also meets or exceeds MIL-STD **0 C/D/E environmental standards.

Multiple signalings and flexible Selective Call

Use the built-in CTCSS, DCS, DTMF, *-Tone and *-Tone capability to set up user's own talk groups and quiet standby when others are talking. Special tone code for group and individual calls, and more features are available to support flexible, perfect selective calling operations.

Embedded Radio Information and Multiple Password Protection

The radio offers reading and power on password to protect the privacy and prevent unauthorized cloning of radio data.

Enhanced *-tone or *-tone

Up to *6 *-Tone/*-Tone codes can be decoded on a channel. When a matched tone is received, various preprogrammed actions as beep, answer back, stun, LED blink could be activated. Even missed call notice and call transfer are optional for upgraded version.

Versatile Scanning Features

Customizable Scan Template for each channel allows up to *6 different scan lists for convenient administration in large work group. Auto-Scan and Vote features (optional) are helpful for monitoring on multiple channels. The PT****0 series offers both standard and Priority Scan modes. Call Back allows immediate response to a received call without having to manually search or change channels.

Lone Work & Man Down(Optional)

The radio enters emergency mode if the user does not respond to a warning call (Lone Work) or put the radio vertically (Man Down), adding security and safety for individuals who work remotely and lonely.

Optimum Audio

The equipped ***0mW speaker offers loud and clear audio output

Audio Compander

The built-in audio compander reduces noise and provides clear reception even in narrow band use.

Voice Scrambler

A voice-inversion scrambler provides basic communications security against casual eavesdropping

VOX (Voice Operated Transmission)

Built-in VOX allows hands-free transmission on the radio when using the appropriate earphone/headset.

Remote Kill/Stun/Activate/Revive

If the radio is killed or stunned, all attempts on operation by user, except power on/off, will be ignored. The radio will be activated or revived only when it received the correct code.

Talk Around

The Talk Around feature allows a user reset the RX and TX frequency as same and offers the possibilities of communication among radios in system without repeater.

Wired and Wireless Clone

For quick programming of PT****0 radios for group use, the Clone feature allows copying of all channel and other configuration data from one radio to another by the optional Cloning Cable or other radios in wireless clone mode .
