EPS batch pre-expander main features

This EPS pre-expander adopts PLC controller and touch screen to
realize automaticcirculation of feeding,electronic measurement and
automatic control of barrel temperature,pressure and
drying.
**-This EPS pre-expander is especially suitable for EPS
production in high land with poor oxygen area (Compared with low production efficiency of continuous pre-expander
in same condition).
**- This EPS foaming machine adopts high precision measurement system to guarantee feeding accuracy.Automatci discharging fan inproves the discharging speed.

The EPS machine adopts high quality enclosed constant pressure
foaming with high thermal efficiency.The new EPS batch
pre-expander could reach about *0% energy-saving than continuous
pre-expander.
**-The EPS pre-expander uses photoelectricity to control foaming
level and capacity.
