Brief Introduction

Same as its name, laminated insulating glass is compound by laminated glass and clear glass or low-e coated or tempered glass, it has both laminated glass and insulating glass's features.

Features:

1. Safety: Once crashed, the glass fragments is still remained in the original glass frame, 

                 which ensures the safety of people near.

2. Hurricane and earthquake protection: Even if broken, the whole glass will not drop down but remain in place.

3. Resistance to bullet and explosion: The laminated glass can be used to make different levels of bulletproof glass 

                           and explosion proof glass.

4. UV protection: Can obstruct most of solar ultraviolet and protect people from the ultraviolet radiation.

5. Sound insulation: PVB film can block some sound wave and reduce noises.

6. Heat conductivity: Lower U-factor and more effective with inert gases.

7.Optical performance: Flexible to choose different light transmission and reflectivity.

8.Sound insulation: Generally, hollow glass can reduce *0dB of noise and 5dB more with inert gases.

9. Anti-condensation: *5°C lower than the dew point (**0°C) set by the country, which ensures no condensation on insulating glass.

*0. Sealing performance: 

Quickly formed by using aluminum frame once. The use of double sealing butyl rubber and structural 

adhesive or polysulfide rubber ensures good sealing performance and longer service life of tempered glass.
