I am a freelance Export Manager besides my main career (language
interpreting). Despite being a newcomer in export movements, I
managed to handle projects mainly from Iran, China, and the Middle
East. The main industries I exported till now include Petrochemical
products (PVC hoses) Medical devices, and ThinClients from Iran and
China to Armenia and Italy. Other industries that are in the
process are Construction decorative materials such as Ornamental
stones and ceramics. Thanks to having huge mediators and assistants
around the world, I could gain achievements in this regard and keep
going profoundly.
Globexport is my business name created by combining global and
export, meaning we export commodities of any kind and anywhere and
in any way (ground, air, and sea shipment). The website will be
designed soon.
So far, buyers and sellers could contact me via WhatsApp and
Email.
Now, let's have a quick review of how I manage export
* Searching for highly demanded products but less supplied
ones (e.g. PVC hoses)
* Searching for buyers and sellers of that specific products using
market research tools (Trade map)
* Getting quotes from the seller
* Visiting relevant Fairs and face-to-face meetings with the
exporter to get the best results
* Talking to the seller and negotiating with it (e.g. a seller in
China)
* Sending brochures and the price of the given order to the
buyer
* Sending Proforma to the buyer after finalizing the price and
shipment method
* Purchasing the order after receiving the payment from the buyer
(importer)
* Preparing, packaging, doing quality control, and shipping the
ordered commodity by the seller (exporter)
* Sending the bill of lading to the buyer after the delivery
Note: The buyer will be notified of all the processes from A to Z.
There is no need for the buyer and seller to take the whole
responsibility. We take it. The buyer only orders and receives the
goods. That's it. Our goal is mutual profit. I spend much of my
time searching profitable markets and finding the best options
regarding the distance between the origin (exporter) and
destination (importer) location, price, the quality of products,
and other factors that meet the needs of the buyer.
Neither of the parties would get a loss, it's a win-win deal with
no damage and loss.
