~GF series plastic pipe production line is mainly used for manufacturing plastic PVC pipes with various tube diamters and wall thickness in the aspects of agricultrual and contructional plumbing ,cable laying etc.

The machine group includes: Conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming tank, dragger, cutter, core layer foaming, stacker etc.

The twin-screw extruder and haul off adopts imported AC frequency conversion speed regulation device.

The motor of vacuum pump and dragger are all of famous brand.

The haul off has the traction modes of two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six -claw etc.

May chose the cutter of saw blade type or planetary type.

Can attached with length measuring and thickness increasing device.

We can offer the special spiral muffling pipe and core layer foaming machine group according to customer's requirement.
