The line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as agricultural and construction water supply/drain pipes, cable laying etc. This set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, haul off unit, cutting machine, stirring-up rack etc. The vacuum pump and the haul off motor are all adopt high quality products. Haul off unit has the traction mode such as two-claw, three-claw, six-claw and so on. It may choose the saw blade cutting type of the plannet cutting. It is may allocate the special installation for the manufacture of the spiral silence pipe and core layer foam pipe set according to the client’s requirements.
