Main Technical Specifications:

1, Machine electrical control system with PLC system and PC interface enables random signal analysis, failure diagnosis and parameters setting, ensuring optimum performance.

2, The feeding system use a unique cloth forced arch-breaking device, suitable for different mould cavity products fabric, evenly without dead ends. On one side, it can avoid wet cloth imbalance which make the product of good-denisty and high quality. On the other side, it can remove the hopper hit to reduce noise and extend the life of machine.
