| Preparation | washed *- The coffee is processed in two methods- wet and sun dried. On-farm quality control starts with a timely and selective hand picking of ripe and red coffee cherries. Harvested coffees are shaded from direct sun light and cherries are collected in bamboo baskets with absolute care to avoid soil contamination. The berries are then either wet processed or sun dried on mesh wires one meter above ground. Finally, the berries are hulled and cured. After machine processing, the berries are manually packed and stored with the utmost care. |
