There are six types or flavors of quarks in three families: Up/Down, Strange/Charm, and Top/Bottom Quarks. Quarks interact through particles called Gluon. There are 8 types of gluons and 3 quarks joint by gluon provide atomic particles of whole matter in the universe. Holding the ball with both hands, you can twist the hemispheres in three directions to disrupt the color pattern. The objective of the game is to randomly disrupt the pattern and then to bring it back to its original configuration. To do this you will have to find strategies to match the colors same as in the Rubik's cube. There exist orderly mathematical algorithms to solve the puzzle from any disrupted pattern. This of course can be challenging and frustrating. However, as an alternative to giving up the puzzle can be disassembled and put back to it’s original pattern similar to a Jigsaw puzzle. On the spherical puzzle, each of the 6 Quarks is shown as a colored spiral at one pole of a hemisphere with its family partner on the opposite hemisphere pole. Quarks puzzle has 8 finger holes to aid spiraling motion of the hemispheres around their axes. The player can also pull the hemispheres apart using these finger holes to open the ball.
