The LH ovulation test is a fast, easy to use, qualitative immunoassay for detecting human Luteinizing Hormone(hLH) in urine samples  to predict the occurrence of ovulation. Ovulation is regulated by the elevation of human luteinizing hormone (hLH). Usually, around *4 days before the period starts, hLH has a brief, significant rapid increase called the "LH surge". The hLH surge triggers the release of egg for the ovary. Statistics have shown that conception is most likely to occur within *6 hours following the LH surge. Therefore, the hLH surge is an ideal indicator for predicting ovulation.
