RF-M***1 Slot Grinding Machine adopts imported controller from Japan. High-power servo motor makes it possible to steadily and respectively control the work radial feed, grinding wheel automatic compensation and diamond dressing. High-stiff hydrostatic/dynamic spindle is mounted with lubrication system, ensuring the high accuracy and long life of the spindle. Special-purpose CBN high-speed grinding wheel and grinding technology is applied. The parameter of the drive and work feed system can be optimized steplessly. For each slot, self-indexing positioning mechanism is included. Also other mechanisms will be agreed according to the requirements of user. Super-capacity coolant tank makes it possible to improve the grinding efficiency and accuracy dramastically.
