OF SHINILION'S ROLLER SHUTTER PRODUCTS
SHINILION aluminium roller shutters are the replacement for traditional roller shutters. The new-fashioned products are widely used for almost all kinds of buildings such as home house, office building, bank, hospital, hotel, etc. The sorts of the products include: roller shutters(for windows), roller partial door(balcony door), roller garage door, roller shop door, roller industrial door etc.

1 The following characteristics are mainly possessed by SHINILION aluminium roller shutters:
Excellent quality: The shutter slats are made of strong alloy aluminium and surface treated with high quality powder coating. The products may be used for tens years while without rustiness and depigmentation.
Comprehensive functions: theftproof, rainproof, noiseproof, sunproof, wind & sand proof, cold proof, peek proof, etc.
Flexible control mode: manual control and motor control are available. For motor control, remote control and switch control is optional, or both remote and switch control are optional, or battery for power cut time is also optional.
Individuation: SHINILION roller shutters can meet different consumer’s demands. Many styles and colors are available for your choice. of bardian White, cream and grey are the standard colors. Also other colors are available according to clients’ requirements.

2  Selection slat for roller shutters
*2mm, *7mm & *2mm slats are available for roller shutters installed on windows.
*5mm slat: are available for roller shutters installed in big size windows, also available for balcony door, patio door, garage door, shop door.
*0mm slat: mainly used for balcony door & patio door. Also available for garage door & shop door.
*4mm & *8mm&*7mm and *8mm slat: mainly used for garage door & shop door. And *8mm and *8mm slat is our new developed slat and they do not need the rubber inert for the slat so that more cost would be saved.
*7mm single layer slat: mainly used for roller shop door.
**0mm & **0mm slat: mainly used for roller industrial door (warehouse door, workshop door, etc.).

3  Selection guide for control mode
Manual tape system: Economical selection. Available for mini roller shutters, maximum lifting weight is *2kg.
Manual gear system: Economical selection. Available for small sizes roller shutters, maximum lifting weight is *5kg. If used together with assist spring, maximum weight of lifting is *0kg.
Motorized system: Popular selection. Can be operated by remote control, wall switch or both remote control and switch.
