Graphite electrode
Graphite electrode, mainly from the domestic petroleum coke and imported needle coke, is widely used in electric arc furnace, ladle furnace, submerged arc electric furnace for the production of alloy steel, metal and nonmetallic materials. Our graphite electrodes include regular power, high power, super high power and ultra high power. They are characterized by low resistivity, good electric and thermal conductivity, high resistance to oxidation and thermal shock, high mechanical strength, ect. Our plant offers various dimensions and grades to meet customers requirements for the specific applications.

The material of our graphite electrode?

The regular power graphite electrode is made from petroleum coke with a little pitch, which meets  the state standards YB/T********0.

The high power graphite electrode is made form *0% petroleum coke and *0% imported needle coke, which meets the state standards YB/T********0.

The ultra high power graphite electrode is made form **0% imported needle coke, which meets the state standards YB/T ********0.

Note: Needle coke is one kinds of very important material to produce the high grade graphite electrode, which is rapid development in carbon graphite industry. The needle coke own the following characteristics: low electric resistance, low dilatation coefficient, good electric and thermal conductivity, high oxidation resistance, greater resistance to thermal and mechanical shock, high mechanical strength, high machining accuracy, low consume.
