Description:
Rubber crumb production module is used to recycling used tires size up to ***0 mm.
 
The principle of equipment is based on technology of mechanical grinding tires in semi-automatic and automatic modes.
The main product of Rubber crumb production module is rubber crumb size **5 mm and purity up to *7%.
Other products are metal wire and nylon cord.
Capacity of Module is **0 kg. rubber crumb per hour.
 
All parts of Module placed in standard container, so no need installation, any buildings and foundation.
 
Technical parameters:

1. Tire sidewall cutting machine (3 KW)
2. Tire rubber block cutter *0х*0 mm. (*5KW)
3. Sidewall ring stripper (*1 KW)
4. First rubber block crusher (mesh ***0 mm.) (*2 KW)
5. Second rubber block crusher (mesh **5 mm.) (*5 KW)
6. Nylon fiber separator (7 KW)
7. Metal wire separator (5 KW)
8. Conveyors (7KW)

1. Worker1 put used tire on the sidewall cutting machine, cuts out one (or two) bead rings and give tire to worker2.
2. Worker2 put tire without the bead ring (s) to the rubber block cutter, where tire cuts into blocks size *0x*0 mm.
3. Worker1 or worker3 put the bead ring on the stripper.
4. Rubber blocks and other pieces of rubber are fed along the belt conveyor to the first rubber block crusher, where grinding to a fraction of ***0 mm.
5. The crushed fraction is fed along the belt elevator to the second rubber block crusher, where it is ground to a fraction of **5 mm.
6. Crushed fraction enters the nylon fiber separator, where the fabric component of the tire is blown from the total mass.
7. The cleaned rubber crumb is fed to the belt conveyor through a magnetic separator, where metal inclusions are removed. It is also possible to install additional magnetic separators.
8. Worker1 or worker3 monitors all equipment, controls the filling of containers with metal / fabric cord / rubber crumb.
