l Distillation Column (Rectification Column)

 Jiangsu Hengmao fabricates tray distillation columns and packed distillation columns served either at normal pressure or at swing pressure. The pressurized distillation columns are widely applied in methanol / methylal production.

 Prior to the delivery of the columns, testing is carried out including all levels of non-destructive testing (NDT) like leak test, hydraulic pressure test, heat treatment and proof load test.

l Gas Filter

 Jiangsu Hengmao supplies diversified gas filters for chemical manufacturing, and they are featured in:

 (1) With the filtering core of glass fiber/glass wool/ sponge

 (2) No-fiber releasing in contact with the medium

 (3) Simple to service and maintain

 (4) Have a low initial and final pressure drop

l Scrubber

 Jiangsu Hengmao manufactures various scrubbers for the treatment of waste gas and off-gas like sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen chloride, ammonia, formaldehyde and etc, with the following characteristics:

l Absorber (Absorption Column)

 Jiangsu Hengmao manufactures high quality absorbers, including tray absorption columns (sieve tray column, bubble plate column, valve column) and packed absorption columns with structured corrugated packing widely used in methanol / formaldehyde / acetaldehyde / nitric acid production.

l Steam Drum

 Jiangsu Hengmao fabricates steam drums with the work pressure up to *0 bar.
