Meal and dregs content of mixed-oil are much reduced after leached, and result of mixed-oil steamed is improved. The equipment is great to improve crude oil quality and to increase by-products comprehensive utilization. The equipment is improved product on the base of roller extraction and plate filter by our company. Original square-net is replaced with special stainless steel net, so utilization life is longer and flow speed more quickly. Steamer isn’t easy to form dirt, liquid doesn’t return in the steam-lifting tower. Utilization time and refining efficiency of equipment are increased. Covering is fixed by handwheel, which is convenience and fast. Leached-net is washed when returns, which increases utilization time of leached-net. Structure and performance: HL mixed-oil filter is supported by the supporter that is a cylinder with left seal head and right seal head. There are many slices round leached-boards in the cylinder, the leached-boards are fixed on a empty-inner pivot, and rotate with empty-inner pivot.A group of solvent nozzles are fitted on the horizontal cylinder, leached-boards need wash aperiodicity. There are a bucket under the cylinder, and the bucket is used to collecting dregs after ***** dregs are transferred to the extraction device by Type-ZW sucked filth discharging *****-oil exit and free gas exit are all fixed on the upper of the cylinder. With chain transmission driving, empty-inner pivot rotates. Mixed-oil leached is drawn through rotated joint by pump.
