SF-ASP/5 is mainly used to print
glass bottle, ceramic, plastic bottle, baby feeder, milk
bottle,oval and round containers,etc.

SF-ASP/5, which is an Automatic Screen Printing line with flame
treatment, UV curing and control systems to optimize productivity
as well as quality.
A
photoelectric sensor reduces the container wastage due to
abrasion during the transfer by controlling the conveyor belt
feeder.
The flame
treatment system is adjustable to suit the container specific
designs to optimize the flaming treatment.
Each time a
container have not been detected by the presence sensor, the
squeegee will not do its cycle until the next container have been
detected so the screen do not get clogged up during empty
cycles.

container transfer system and fixture designs for oval and round
containers allow extreme precision for overprinting multi color
prints and designs, and minimize container
wastage.

design combines mechanical and pneumatic transmission systems
