Working Principle of Plough Shear Blenders:
During the Blending process, the raw materials are transferred around the drum in a radial, lateral and longitudinal movement by the high speed plough shares and choppers. Full contact of various raw materials reduces the dead spot while increase the Blending accuracy. During whole Blending, the time is short.
