method to join coil ends together in a minimum cycle time for
non-stop mill operation.In this process,the trailing end of the
leading coil passing through the accumulator and the leading end of
the next coil from uncoiler are cut&welded at sheaaring
&welded station and these processing actions are controlled by
PLC control.
