Usually, our steps are as follows:
First, we have to carefully study customer's drawing or original sample, we study it's material, hardness, color, material density, dimensions, workmanship and more; Then we have to develop a mold or create a tooling; After tooling, we prepare material and make sample for buyer to confirm. If this sample works, we prepare material in mass production.
