The series slitting line makes the metal coiler after coil,
slitting, rolling into the required width of the strips. It is
applied in processing cold-rolled and hot-rolled carbon steel,
silicon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and various metal
materials after coated zinc on surface. For demanding users the
option of automatic edge or EPC in the opening material, which is
convenient feeding, improve efficiency, while
improving cutting
precision, the protection sheet. EPC can also choose automatic edge control, to
ensure uniformity rolling, especially for wide material
winding.
Slitting line mainly consists of loading car, uncoiler, traction
machine leveling, shearing, slitting machine, scrap side winder,
tension agencies, rolling machines, unloading equipment and other
components.
