 SERIES SM NC ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC SERVO PRESS BRAKE 

   Proformance: 
  * The electro-hydraulic servo valve from German and raster ruler made in German HEIDENHAIN Co. are synchronously adopted in both main oil cylinders, which forms a closed loop control, provides exact feedback and operation of slider, so bring high precision in bending and repeated orientation of slider.
  * The adoption of hydraulic protruding automatic compensation system provides a solution to the influence on workpiece by the deformation of slider in bending. The compensation capacity is adjusted automatically by NC system conveniently and precisely.
  * The device of rear apron, which is complete in function, can selectively control serveral rear rods whose components such as guide, lead screw, and bearing are all imported, which is reliable in precision.
  * The parts assemblage of bed piece is convenient for transportation and processing and can guarantee the precision of whole set.
  * The analysis of key components such as bed piece and slider through finite element analytic software of ANSYS gaurantees the reliability of machine tool.
  * The German integration control system in hydraulic system reduces pipeline installation and increases the stability of tool, making it look nice and succinct.
  * The DNC**0PS from CYBELEC Co., Switzerland or DELEM *5W, *6W from Holland are adopted in NC system.
  * Both sides of the bed piece are equiped with C-shape plates, on which high-precision raster rulers are installed, so as to prevent the influence on bending precision by deformation of bed piece in bending.
