A Highly effective super plasticizer with a set retarding effect for producing free flowing concrete. Also a substantial water reducing agent for promoting high early and ultimate strengths.

Application

Mainly used for formulating concrete super plasticizer, high high-strength concrete, steel concrete, prestressed concrete, large formwork concrete, slip forming concrete etc, as a water reducing agent. Compatible with all types of Portland Cement.

Dispensing

Can be added separately to the freshly mixed concrete or directly to the mixing water prior to its addition to the aggregates.

Dosage

0.**1.0% by weight of cement. Suggested is 0.*5% by weight of cement.

Exact dosage rates are dependent on the type of effect of sought, quality of cement & aggregates, Water/Cement-ratio and ambient temperature. Therefore, it is advisable to carry out trial mixes.

Storage
Store in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight and frost.

Shelf Life

*4 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged and unopened original sealed packing.

When this product is used for the first time or cement variety is changed, concrete trial preparation shall be conducted according to the adopted materials and construction requirements in the field. Construction mixing rate shall be adjusted based on testing result to serve as instruction for construction blending.
