So, the chemical injection skids need to be solar powered.
MSTN designs the corrosion/scale inhibitor injection skids, which
are solar powered.
The storage batteries consist of a battery pack in parallel and in
series (the energy storage time is 5 days as required). The voltage
of the battery pack is *4v DC.
The electrical energy generated by the solar panels is stored in
batteries to maintain the operation of the dosing skid during
nights or cloudy days.
Based on specific dosing requirements, the parameters of the
metering pump are adjusted to determine the dosage of chemicals for
each dosing cycle.
The metering pump is continuously feeding the dosing point. All the
devices are arranged on a skid module.
