Summary
Spinel is a rare
mineral in nature, and it must be made by artificial synthesis.

Al Mg spinel is
a kind of aluminum magnesium oxide, its main component is alumina
and Magnesium Oxide. Al Mg spinel has two kinds of natural
formation and artificial synthesis. Natural magnesia spinel
rarely found industrial applications of magnesium aluminum spinel
are all artificial synthesis, the two main methods of synthetic
magnesia alumina spinel is sintering and electric melting method.

thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal stability and strong
anti erosion ability.
Spinel application
Sintered
magnesia alumina spinel is used for cement rotary kiln, which not
only avoids chromium pollution, but also has good resistance to
spalling. Sintered magnesia alumina spinel is used for making
ladle pouring material, which can greatly improve the anti
erosion ability of steel sheet lining. The preparation of high
quality synthetic spinel provides a new raw material for the
production of amorphous and amorphous high purity refractory
materials.
Electric
melting magnesium aluminum spinel is manufacturing plate, nozzle
brick, open hearth brick material. The high temperature
mechanical properties of aluminum and magnesium spinel products
are good, which are the basic raw materials of the filter belt,
refractory casting material and high. Fused magnesia alumina
spinel used in iron and steel smelting and glass industry
furnace.
