1、Scope of application
This welding robot is mainly concentrating on the welding of spiral plate heat exchanger with diameter below ***0mm. It applies the advanced technology of vision tracking and three-axis linkage numerical control system with high precision to complete the stable tracking of the spiral plate’s weld seam. It uses the CO2 shield semi auto welder to process the continuous welding with infinite rotary. It has the advantage of simple and convenient operation, high welding efficiency, high welding quality, high economic benefits and greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and skill requirements.
